Scalable: 

There is no hard limit to how many properties an investor can finance with us. We can provide purchase and refinance loans up to 80% of appraisal. Often, a customer obtains a cash-out refinance to purchase or improve another vacation rental property. Loans are available nationwide.

Hard Money Loans:

There are another choice available.  These are private lender equity based loans requiring no credit check or income verification.  Rates are higher than typical 30 year investment property loans. These are short term bridge loans (1 to 5 years) allowing you plenty of time to refinance. They work great in todays market where you’re competing with cash offers and allow you to close the loan quickly with no contingencies other than a 30% down payment. These loans are available in Texas only.

INVESTOR CASH FLOW LOANS:

Our Investor Cash Flow Loans allow investors to grow their real estate portfolio based on the cash flow of the property. Tax returns and employment information is not required.
